Welcome! My name is Melissa Serpa. I have 9 years worth of experience in a client oriented, fast paced, demanding and dynamic market. I have always been commended on my ability to adjust to any work environment with ease by previous supervisors as well as having earned much praise by customers for my sincere, friendly, and "always exceeds expectations" demeanor.

I have a very traditional mindset when it comes to work ethics. I believe that, as a team, we can accomplish so much more. Hard work is everything. If you want to be promoted you have to earn it. Customer service is an ever changing environment and requires a certain skill set to keep up with the high demands and expectations. The customer should always leave happy and never empty handed.

I am always willing to work the hours required, including late nights, weekends, and holidays. I have an unyielding aptitude for working the busiest days of the year (Black Friday, Christmas rush, all major holidays).
